Volunteering at Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians has been an incredible learning experience. I began my volunteering experience by handling patients' calls and scheduling appointments. On the first day, I managed the patients queue at the registration entrance, and within a few days, I joined the registration team to help fill out patient data.

Later, I also supported the surgical registration team by documenting post-operative information and scheduling follow-up appointments. When the team was under pressure, I assisted in preparing patients for surgery. I also administered eye drops in both the lens measurement room and the operating room before procedures.
